Commercial Construction

Commercial Construction
Electrical

Electrical systems for new commercial buildings across Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand, from rough-in through final commissioning.

Peachtree works with general contractors, developers, and owners on bid-driven commercial projects. We price the electrical scope from plans and specifications, take part in design-assist when a project calls for it, and stay on the job from pre-construction through energization.

We do not take on residential work, renovations, or service calls.

How We Work

Bid-Driven
Commercial Projects

  1. Plan & Spec

We price the electrical scope from the project drawings and specifications and submit a bid to the general contractor or owner.

  2. Design-Assist

When drawings are still in progress, we work with the design team on the electrical approach before the plans are final.

  3. Pre-Construction

Before work starts, we review the scope, the schedule, and coordination with the other trades.

  4. Construction

Rough-in through trim-out, energization, inspections, and final commissioning.
